| New Books about the Belarusian Renaissance |

On April, 20 St. Cyril of Turau Cathedral (the public hall of St. Cyril of Turau Cathedral , 401 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y ) hosted the presentation of a new book by Zianon Paznyak “Reflections. The Conception of New Belarusian Renaissance. Vol. 1, articles and materials (1990-3/1996)” and a book by Halina Paznyak “Belarus in the Heart”. Both books were published in Warsaw by “Belaruskiaya Vedamasci” and Belarusian Culture Association (ТБК) Vilno, Lietuva in 2007.
Well-grounded description and analysis of the books were completed by Dr. Vitaut Kipel. Anton Shukieloyts, Uladzimir Tsalitsa, Siarhei Piatrovich, Larysa Puzach, Siarhei Kapytka, Tatiana Krasouskaya, Valery Dvornik and the authors themselves shared their impressions and thoughts. It should be noted that it was the first presentation of the new books.
