Zmicer Dashkievich one of the leaders of non-registered organization “Young Front” was the fist to be decorated with the order. Zmicer Dashkievich was rewarded for courage and succession in fighting for freedom.
It is Kastus Kalinouski Order of Freedom was created y a famous Belarusian sculptor Alex Shaternik from ronze. On the obverse side there is a face of Kastus alinouski and the reverse side contains an nscription “Live Free!”

The initiators and founders of the order are the youth organizations, activists of the Manifesto alliance “Time to Win” among which the Belarusian Youth Movement of America, rebellion (BUNT), Initiation, Air (PAVETRA), Opinion (POGLYAD), the Third Way.
The solemn ceremony was held in the Museum of Occupations in Tallinn on March 4. the ceremony was attended by the young activists, the participants of the Congress of the new Belarusan Diaspora of Europe and the USA, active young people from Belarus, representatives from Estonia, the Chairman of the Belarusian Popular Front Mr. Zianon Paznyak. Unfortunately, Zmicer Dashkievich could not come to Tallinn. But the participants of the ceremony got in touch with Zmicer by phone. In the four-day Congress of the New Diaspora took part about 20 young activists from the USA, France, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and Belarus.
The participants agreed on the perspective directions of joint work to represent the Belarusian culture and national interests abroad. One of the initiators and founders of the Congress, coordinator of the Third Way Paval Marozau informed Radio Freedom that the Congress would get its own website. Among the organizers besides the Belarusian youth organizations are the Estonian organization “New way for Belarus”, Estonian Institute of International Politics, Estonian parliamentarian group “For Free Belarus”.
The participants also met the vice-speaker of Estonian Parliament Kristiina Ojuland and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Estonia Mr. Paet.
